3. Talking Too Much – Give others space to talk. People remember those who listen. Ask more questions and aim for balance in every conversation.

4. Ignoring Relationship Building – Transactions come and go. Relationships last. Focus on trust, consistency, and adding value before asking for business.

5. Being Unprepared – Show up with a clear message and goal. Know who you’re looking to meet, and come ready with a clean, practiced 30-second commercial.
